Well, I have not heard anything back from Les yet so I am not sure if he is even interested anymore.
I believe he was first in contact with Mitch Mahan from outside of this email list (since Les is not a CoLoCo member, just copied on the emails) so maybe Mitch might be able to see if he is interested in this install fest?

I'm willing to host an installfest at my university. We have a computer lab that would be perfect for it (tons of power outlets, projector to use, tiered seating, etc.). I'm sure I could rent it out for our purposes. Just give me a date and time.

I think TC's suggestion is an excellent one. I'm sure with several
Ubuntu geeks and several computers, we can certainly find a way to get
things installed--heck, it's almost as good as an infinite number of

TC-& Les- can you coordinate an installfest? I'm traveling on business
for the rest of the week, so will only have sporadic access to email.
It sounds like Les is out next week. I can do any evening except
Wednesday the 29th, or any weekend after noon or so except Super Bowl
Sunday!
I can host if necessary, but I'm up in Longmont.
