Well, you thereby securely store lots of passwords that are hard to
remember, encrypted using one good password that you do take pains to
remember. You can look them up later and copy them to the clipboard
for use in other apps, etc. What else were you hoping for?

I was hoping that it would recolonize the address & put the user name & password in for you, I take it that is not he case but rather a secure storage system to keep them in so as to be available when needed.
Is that how this keepassx works?
I have been using RoboForm in windows but that is not what I would call secure.
