[CoLoCo] Launchy for Linux

Does anyone know of a Ubuntu flavor that mimics OS X in initial desktop
configuration? It seems that all of the good desktop toolbars and whatnot
just mimic the OS X bar (nothing wrong with that, I actually love the
interface design too and have used Kiba and whatnot)... It just seems to me
that Linux might more quickly be adopted if it adopted that flashy
bottom-bar that most mac users love (and windows users envy).
