I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.11 in Hardy Heron (maybe that could be a problem?) There seems to be no problem in Linux Mint 4.0 what is the Gutsy version in Ubuntu. Here's the out put what I don't know what to do with:

1. Looks like your problem may be with the spell checker - try
disabling that as a workaround.

2. Problem could indeed be with Hardy - they don't call it a
development release for nothing <grin>.

Interestingly enough, my bug has disappeared after today's maintenance
on my desktop, but it's still there on my laptop. In both cases, I'm
running Sidux which is not directly relevant for Ubuntu, although it
could be upcoming in Hardy.
