[CoLoCo] RPM on ubuntu

Yeah, I would try to install the "rpm" package for starters...
sudo aptitude install rpm
Then go from there with trying to use your client and see if it works... if
not find out where the source for the package is at and just compile it
yourself (shouldn't be too difficult).
