That was a piss poor excuse for an article.  He spent most of time in 
the review bitching and moaning about the Mirus' keyboard than the did 
about the merits of the two OSs.  The article clearly missed the whole 
point of these two machines.  They are proof positive that 1. you don't 
need to spend a God awful amount of money for a good computer and 2. you 
don't NEED Windows.  Its not surprising this article came from PC World, 
they are of the more Pro-Microsoft magazines out there.  Even C/Net and 
ZDnet which were both fanatically loyal to Microsoft have started to 
shower Linux with praise lately.  If I were the editor I'd fire this 
jerk for how inept he makes himself appear in this article.  An eleven 
year old could have done better!
