I bought that Ubuntu Toolbox book a few weeks ago and love it.  Page 159
starts the coverage of RSYNC.

That book is pound for pound so much better than most books on Ubuntu, which
tend to favor the GUI side.

Next thing you know, Jim, you'll be learning VIM!  :-)
