[CoLoCo] is hardy fairly stable or not

I haven't been tracking Hardy. but on all prior 'buntu development
releases anything after Flight/Flock/Herd/Gaggle/Alpha/Whatever 2 was
quite reliable. I always run with a new home directory (startover with
hidden files) and links to my permanent common directory.

Anything prior to ...2 was likely to fail completely.
