[CoLoCo] FC meeting outcomes, ideas, etc...

And attached is the Word Doc that I received from D&B, I also attached a
converted Open Office version of it. The documents have the event details
for D&B

*Areas*
The Viewpoint - $40/hour - 20-75 people
The East Wing - Free with minimum revenues - 85 people

Don't know about a projector or wifi. Thoughts?
