Jeff Peckman is pushing for a law in Denver that would setup a 
commission for dealing with extra-terrestrial encounters.  A new video 
which was inspected by a member of the Colorado Film School and declared 
authentic will be shown in Denver on Friday.  On the video is said to be 
definitive proof of the existence of intelligent alien life that they 
are visiting the earth.

Tracking UFO stories and alien encounter stories is one of my hobbies.  
Perhaps the most striking and what made me a true believing in UFO's 
were the discovery of UFO encounter drawings made by the Mayans, 
Egyptians, what could be called UFO encounter texts from Babylon and 
China, and tons of previously top secret UFO data collected by the KGB 
which was released by the Russian Republic after the fall of the 
Communist Party.  Nobody can realistically ignore that much evidence and 
still not believe.
