[CoLoCo] Hope of meaningful change?

Given that the electoral college is not being kind to John McCain, it is looking more and more likely that in a few weeks we will be saying President Obama as a fact instead of a hope/fear (depending on your political affiliation).  But regardless of your political bent, you have to see this as a hugely positive news:
