Ubuntu needs a GUI frontend for sysctl that explains every setting in
plain language and is easy to use but powerful. sysctl as many of you
know is a terminal program for adjusting kernel settings in realtime to
tweak the performance of Linux. Such a tool could be the TweakUI of the
Linux world, a tool that would most certainly attract more Windows users
to the OS.

I'm certain that such a tool would be received quite positively by the
Linux community.
