[CoLoCo] vbox resolution help

I'm late to the party here. Jim, to be clear for me:
Which is your host OS?
I'm running VirtualBox on Windows(host) with Ubuntu as the Guest OS.
I didn't get the full resizing until I mounted the guest additions iso
and ran them in a xterm:
sudo bash ./VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run
and then rebooted ubuntu.
