[CoLoCo] Nick: dead website links

Yeah - it was this huge idea we had to sell free local support and make it
really professional.  But it fell through when we couldn't get any
volunteers for enough regions to provide local support.

If you picked the project back up, I'd be totally willing to provide
support.
