[CoLoCo] Kubuntu Upgrade Advice

i everyone.  I"ve been using Kubuntu 8.04TLS for a while now ... almost 
since it was released.  My install is the Wubi install.  So far its 
really stable and works very well.  I want to try and upgrade to Kubuntu 
8.10 and need some advice.  Has anyone upgrade from Kubuntu 8.04LTS to 
Kubuntu 8.10 via Adept Package Manager?  if so do I need to add a new 
software source like you need to do with Ubuntu with Gnome or not?  I'm 
still learning here, Linux has changed so much since I tried it over 10 
years ago.  I keep having to unlearn what I learned from back then.
