[CoLoCo] Ubuntu Release Party / Birthday

So with the latest email to the Ubuntu Contacts list. I figured it was
a good idea that we start planning for the Release Party. There is
also something special with this party as well. It will be Ubuntu's
4th Birthday on Oct 20th.

Currently the release date will be Oct 30th. So I was thinking Nov 1st
at the same place we had the last one. I know it was a little crowed
last time but in talking to them afterwards they said they have a
setup that can fit a few more people into the room. I'm guessing it
involves rectangle tables vs the rounded ones.

So lets start throwing some ideas around and get this thing going.
