I would say.. probably.
Mythtv is going to be your best reference on whether it will work or
not, and how to make it work.

If you are using a recent kernel it sounds like both of these are plug
and play, and will give you a /dev/video right off the bat. Make sure
you are using usb 2.0 of course.
