[CoLoCo] Release Party Update

We do get to use everything. Ya, I'm hoping to get a bunch of people
that wish to give presentations as well as a very large attendance to
watch. Really want to try it a little Ignite style just a little
slower and all about Ubuntu & Open Source.

Once we get a game plan going for location I want to really start
cranking on the actual event and media coverage(Fliers, Blogging,
Twitting, etc).
