[CoLoCo] Flash and Fullscreen Video

I'm quite a big fan of the space shooter, actually... but thanks for the
reminder.  :)

I'll go ahead and just disable the Shockwave within Chrome.

Also - the reason I use Chrome is that it easily migrated all of my
bookmarks and preferences from my other Chrome install.  Gotta love that!
