[CoLoCo] LoCo Team Promotion via Social Media

+1 I like the plan. Go for it! (Emma has my full support as a deputy team
lead) Either of us can create the pages, it doesn't matter too much since
there can be multiple admins to a page on fb.

I'd be happy to pass along the pictures I have collected of my advocacy,
and the team events. Side note, this would be a good venue to discuss when
we should do the UDS review. I can't wait to learn about it all behind the
scenes at the UDS.
