[CoLoCo] LoCo Team Promotion via Social Media

We have a mailing list. It can be filtered in a $MAIL_CLIENT_OF_YOUR_CHOICE
in whatever way you want.  I, for instance, don't let this mailing list
stop at my inbox, because it really isn't important when compared to things
that actually do hit my inbox.  Also, unless there's an explicit reason for
leadership talk to be confidential, I don't think it helps anyone to
conduct leadership tasks off list.
