[CoLoCo] LoCo Team Promotion via Social Media

I'd frame it as lists for "discussion" and "announcements (low volume)"

But hopefully we're moving to a world in which event notifications are handled via mechanisms that can be easily personalized so they fit individual preferences on how to be notified (mail/calendarapp/sms/rss/etc) and how to manage the data calendars, scheduling, social media promotion etc, and are well-integrated with calendar systems, event planning systems (like the one for ubuntu locos), etc.

Cheers,
