Hi Emma & team, Thank you for the invite but am sorry to say cannot make
it due to other obligations at that time. I would have enjoyed getting
to see System 76's new digs and learn more about this latest release
while finally meeting some fellow members. Should their be an occasion
for the team to meet sooner than the next (October) release date, I
would make every effort to attend as I would like to learn more about
the process of upgrading. All that said, I am very happy with my Kudu
w/ 14.04LTS and will probably be content to wait for the next LTS unless
someone can point to a compelling reason for upgrading sooner. Based on
the string of emails I have read on this subject, I could learn a lot
from members of the team so I hope to be kept in the loop. Now that I
think of it, I will be in London during this current release date...do
you know of anything planned at Canonical's headquarters for this
release? Jeff
