I hear a few muffled clicking sounds at the start of the video, then
nothing. I've never done 100 in one day on a bicycle. 84 was my limit.  On a
unicycle, 35 miles.  To his advantage (I think) is a considerably larger
wheel, plus the gadgetry around the seat.  Still... 100 in a day has got to
be rough.
