If you're talking about Computers 4 Students
(http://www.computers4students.us/aboutus.htm) we tried to sell the
idea to Talmadge Williams when we presented at the HUD conference in
2007. (http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/nnw/nationaltrainingconference/2007conf/2007confreport.pdf#page=26)
He was less than receptive at that time, though he did attend our
session. Maybe it's time to try again...
