Oops. I just looked at the cost of Arlington County Fair booths
(http://arlingtoncountyfair.us/Vendors.htm)... Unless folks are
feeling especially generous, we ain't getting a booth: $400 for the
smallest Community/Civic Group booths, $250 if we can con them into
the idea that FOSS should fly the Arts and Crafts banner instead.
Actually, I've made the "Folk Electronics / Folk Coding" case before,
but not to that crowd. If we ARE feeling generous, we've got until
June 30th to get the cash in.
That said, there may be other ways to distribute at the fair, or
possibly partner with others for a space at a table. Does NOVALUG do
the fair?
