[DC LoCo] Half on my own, half need help (Setting Repo)

I did not fail in the Openbox install and I can now choose it as a
session. I even found the config option to "roll up" the app window
since there are no minimized desktop icons. A plus.

I also got pcmanfm to install (while in Openbox with a command line
install) without conflicting with Nautilus while in a GNOME sesion.
Another plus.

I tried to install a task bar and it is asking for the 10.04 LTS CD.
Now, I actually did an alt-cd install.....because I had learned about
them and was trying to be bold.

I went into synaptic>settings>repositories and, sure enough, the 10.04
CD is checked.

If I uncheck it, and do "sudo apt-get update", MIGHT whatever package
the task bar is needing now be in an online repo? I am asking because I
once added a ppa for midori and an update then prevented synaptic from
even starting. (I can't remember how I finally got midori removed and
synaptic working again.....) I am skiddish.

The task bar seems fairly simple:

Thank you.
