[DC LoCo] Annoying Gmail banner

I think I found the answer.  Jeremy's didn't do it because he's not
using an @gmail.com. According to
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=185812&ctx=top5&src=top5
it's only for GMail. Sure, I don't see the banner on the email that
Lucas sent straight to me, but that's because when he sent it to me
(not bouncing through the mailing list), it does have the magic GMail
header that GMail expects.  So, if you're the To on a Reply All
message, you don't see the banner, but if you're actually getting
through the list, you do see it.  I do see the banner on Kevin's email
where he sent it To Lucas and CC the list.
