[DC LoCo] Fwd: ubuntu-districtofcolumbia will expire soon from locoteams

If individual effort counts I've been moving OMG! Ubuntu! over to Ubuntu 
Juju for the last month. I also spoke at POSSCON a few weeks ago about Juju.
