On Ubuntu 11.10, the option you want is Data Project: Create a data
CD/DVD or you could try the Video Project instead (I haven't used that
but it might be exactly what you want if you want a video DVD). I
haven't used Ubuntu 10.04 in quite a while.
Burn would burn an ISO; copy would copy an already existing CD/DVD.
