[DC LoCo] Ahmaric on Ubuntu

Does anyone have experience or links to Ubuntu and the Amharic Language (
Euritria and Ethiopia) past revision  10.10?  I have a number of  retired
people interested in this. Even a version that could just work Live for
email and such.
