Others may chime in with caveats, but IMHO, you're "probably, basically"
good.  I'd look at /etc/apt/sources.list.d/* files as well to make sure
nothing wonky is going on there.  (I'm fond of "ls -lt | head -n 15" to see
the 15 most recently changed files in a directory.)
