I have read all the reviews of Citadel that I can find; for what it is
worth, some say that once you get used to the UI, it is not bad or it is
efficient.
Since Citadel uses standard protocols like GroupDAV, webcal (ics), and
IMAP, you don't have to use the WWW UI all the time--you can choose your
own client like Thunderbird & Lightning or KOrganizer. See
