[DC LoCo] Meeting Minutes 10/17/2012

Hi LoCo,

Thankfully there's not too much extra information to add to these meeting
minutes. The bots in our channel do a nice job of recording all the tidbits
of our meeting for us.

The meetings will now take place on the third Thursday of every month, and
this month's exception will be going to Taste of India in Woodley Park
(right across the street from the metro stop) this Saturday Nov 17th at
6:00PM. We will still hold the meeting in the IRC channel at 7:00PM.
