First IRC meeting Sunday April 1st at 3PM

The meeting will be in #ubuntu-florida

Our bot, locobot_4 is a logging bot... I had it set up when I first
registered the channel, but I have to figure out where to find its logs
(never had to check before)

Once we get rolling we can make a sub-page off the wiki for meetings,
including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.

Anybody want to take that on? Should be about 30 min of work.
