I don't think that organization of the party would be much of a problem.
I just don't honestly think that the Hotel will permit us to have a room
like I had first envisioned. 

In the long run it would be less stressful to do an event at Islands of
Adventure/Universal Studios, People visiting Florida from other States
and Countries would get to attend on of the greatest theme parks Orlando
has to offer. Everyone that signs up could participate, and enjoy
themselves without any potential restrictions we would have at the
Hotel. 

I just double checked and here are the Hours for each Park and City
Walk:

Universal Studios -- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Islands of Adventure -- 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
City Walk -- 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

There are a couple of good packages for Florida Residents.

Please give some feedback if you also feel that this has potential. The
sooner we decide, the sooner we can blog, dent, and tweet about it.
