[ubuntu-florida] Ubuntu 16.10 Release Party part2

Heyo all!

Nov 5 at 4pm is currently winning as a time that works for all (that have
voted so far). I'm going to ask again for people to vote on the doodle[1]
and placing a due date on it on Friday Sept 23 (this friday) as we need to
find a place, talk to that place, get carpools together if we need them)
before Nov.
