[ubuntu-us-in] Are we in gear for the LinuxFest?

I'm scrambling to tie up loose ends at my current job and preparing for my move. I'm putting together a presentation for next Tuesday's meeting of the Bloomington Linux Users' Group (that sadistic slavemaster decided that my departure was an appropriate excuse to make me give a presentation on my last meeting) and trying to get some sort of coherence and form for the talk I'll be giving at the LinuxFest.
What's my point? Well, I also feel like I should also be poking and prodding to make sure we get things like CD labels and fliers and such (and logos decided upon to be on these things) taken care of by next Wednesday so that we make a good strong, professional splash in our first public appearance...however, I feel like I would be doing both myself and the group a disfavor by tossing that in on the top of my plate and doing a bad job of it while at the same time bringing down the quality of all the other stuff I'm doing in the next week.
So, I'm asking that people take initiative and do that poking and prodding for me.
Re: CDs. Done. I've got 50 Edgy x86 CDs burned and ready for labeling and enveloping. Do we want any PowerPC CDs, just in case?
Re: Logo. what do people think? Overall, I prefer the use of the torch in the logo submitted by David on behalf of his friend, keeping in mind the few comments I gave before. I myself have had random logo ideas for, but been a little overwhelmed as far as finding the time to get them in a tangible form. Ideally there'd be plenty more time and plenty more submissions to work with, but in life things are not often ideal.
Re: CD labels, flyers, anything else we might want to print up before Wednesday. I realize we're waiting for a logo decision before printing them off, but if you've been working on any of this, can you give use some idea of what you've accomplished and what you aim to accomplish before the LinuxFest?
Re: The LinuxFest itself, so I can get an idea of numbers: Who all's actually going? *Raises hand*
I'll be bringing my camera to immortalize the moment.
Anyhow, sleep has not been my closest confidant as of late, and I must go try to make amends.
I hope this finds you all having a beautiful evening; enjoy the heat while it lasts, but remember what state you live in.
