[ubuntu-us-in] Loco Team Application

I have been working on the Application for the IndianaTeam application
for official approval. However, I am running out of material and/or
ideas. If anyone has some suggestions for additions, you can either
email them to me and I will add them, or you can add them yourself (it
is a wiki, after all).
