If the point of the raffle is to get people to show up, it would seem to
be more productive if it's advertised beforehand.

Not that my vote counts for anything but maybe whatever money (if any)
would be put towards a raffle prize for this installfest could be saved
to get something cool for the next installfest... and have the fliers
announce the raffle and the prize.
