Gutsy Release Candidate

I thought this event was more of a place to get real people into
Ubuntu, rather than people who would test a prerelease version of an
OS... I think we should stick to versions of the OS that are supported
by Canonical. In what situations would it be appropriate to recommend
and/or install Gutsy at the installfest?
