I think the primary thing to point them to is the forums. I'm not
sure whether it would be better to point people to ma.ubuntuforums.org
or www.ubuntuforums.org
Also point them to mailing list and IRC. Giving out personal contact
info is your choice, but probably not the best idea (other than an IRC
nick).
