[ubuntu-us-ma] Anybody need a bug buddy?

I figured you were inviting people to check out your bug queue, so I did.
It's kinda funny/tragic. It's mostly upstream feature requests. Don't we
all have those!! (check out brainstorm for even more, I suppose)
Anyway, I did make a couple edits. I was curious, why do you file all your
bugs under the project and the package? Doesn't that not make sense? I
mean, if the project doesn't have what you are looking for, you can't really
blame the package. Any experts know the answer?
