Linux Against Poverty: Any interest in doing something like this around here?

Hmm. Interesting. I've often thought that a laptop and 3 or
4
flash drives with Ubuntu, Fedora, Gentoo and Slax(maybe
even
PC-BSD) for a sitdown apologetic demo for the doubters(Try
this now in yours - Sorry you can't do this in MS) might be
a
real icebreaker. I don't have the funds to do this yet -
and if
I did, I would want to have a mature demo as a taster for
several activities such as OO, GIMP, etc(16 desktops
usually
blows the imagination - you mean I could _______________ ).
Still in planning stages. Haven't done it yet.
The tech stuff is coming hot and fast. We need to do more
public boasting/sales/publicity/presentations.
