Looks like he had a problem with left-click on the laptop. We had to find an
alternative method to access wireless access with the keyboard.

Just in case you didn't know (which I doubt) you have to click on the
network icon in the bottom and it will show all the networks nearby.
If you don't see any networks available, either their network isn't up
or there's some manual switch turning off your wireless card.
