[ubuntu-us-mn] Upgrading to 10.04

MN Ubuntu Group, 
Been working on upgrading to 10.04 with my MythTV box. 
I am at 9.10, and it stops at a point in the upgrade about ubuntu-desktop is marked for removal but is on the removal blacklist. 
Anyone have a work around for this???
