Yes they do but I think there is room for more.

"( a Twin Cities Based Linux User Group)"  I sure hope particpation
of non-metro people is excluded for example if they happen to be in the
cities when there is a meeting.  And if PU folks could interact more online
that would help a lot.

Yes and that is a big challenge with Linux / Ubuntu folks spread rather
thinly in many parts of the state.
