[ubuntu-us-mo] Who are John Crawford and Stephen Valcup?

Stephen Valcup is the famed Vorian from the UbuntuForums.  He helped me get
the information I needed together for the Wiki Pages on how to set them up
properly.  Both John and Stephen helped quite a bit on hammering out the
documentation and what steps we need to take to make this team work.  Many
of the issues brought up in the meeting earlier stem from the
recommendations of Stephen.  Stephen heads up the Ubunto-Ohio group and John
heads up the Ubuntu-Arizona group.
