That really does sound like a good idea, and i'm sure one that people getting interested in Linux would be excited about.  I'd go to learn more in depth about Ubuntu or Linux in general.  I may not be a complete n00b but i'm not too far from it sometimes :)

The documentation idea would be pretty cool.  I'm not sure if there's
a Ubuntu Classroom thing going anymore, but there might be.  Maybe the
idea of a Ubuntu University would be cool ? :)
