[ubuntu-us-mo] Organizational Information

I recently approached the locoteams-contacts list to find out about
approaches to organization and incorporation. In a nutshell, it appears that
the community strongly discourages groups from getting formally organized. I
respect the consensus and will abide by it.

For now, the LoCo will remain relatively unorganized, using primarily the
online tools available. The forum, mailing list, wiki, and launchpad are
excellent tools for social networking and providing support, and will
certainly be useful going forward. However, some of the other projects
suggested -- seeding new LUGs, providing a speaker's bureau, etc.-- will
have to remain in the conceptual stage for now, unless volunteers step
forward who are willing to donate their own time and resources to making it
happen.
